What will be covered in this session?

Today's car buyer is confronted with an ever changing marketplace. Lack of inventory, higher prices and in some cases less than stellar customer service. How should dealers connect with consumers online to give them the information they need in a transparent manner in order to build trust. How can we keep these customers in our funnel long term so when we have the inventory they want, they won't go anywhere else.

On this panel we will discuss strategies from the vendor and dealer perspective to provide attendees with specific strategies to connect with their customers more effectively.
