About this session

What will be covered in this session?

The Customer Experience is broken and fragmented across our industry. With little to no standardization of experience, the customer is left trying to navigate the car buying experience solo, which varies greatly across different stores. It is our job as automotive professionals to sharpen our saws and make sure our customers have a world class experience from first click to keys. We will be discussing all of the great opportunities to learn, grow, and nurture one another during ASOTU CON as you fill your CX toolbox.
