Fleming noticed the workforce was changing and causing more and more people complexities for leaders, so she provided a consulting solution on engaging and leading a more inclusive and productive workforce.

With 20+ years of progressive people strategy experience, Fleming provides keynote speeches, lunch-and-learns, and workshops for organizations and associations. She equips leaders to develop those around them, attract top talent, build diverse teams, and ensure their workforce is working to their highest potential.
