ASOTU CON offers limited media passes for journalists, reporters, and editors covering the automotive retail industry. Eligibility is based on recent relevant coverage, influence, and content quality. Freelancers must provide an editor's letter confirming assignment to cover the event.

Credentials are not granted to individuals creating content for exhibitors, vendors, or non-editorial purposes, including PR professionals or influencers.

Past attendance does not guarantee approval. ASOTU CON reserves the right to deny or revoke credentials.
