Christy Rutherford is a globally recognized keynote speaker, executive burnout expert, and founder of Vision Finder International, a leadership development firm that helps organizations retain top talent by addressing burnout at its root.
Christy doesn’t hold a PhD in psychology—what she has is lived experience and results. After fully recovering from Stage 12 burnout, where she endured over 20 stress-related medical conditions, Christy developed a practical and proven system for healing, transformation, and sustained high performance. She has since helped over 200 leaders recover from advanced burnout—30 of whom reversed chronic health conditions like anxiety, high blood pressure, diabetes, and depression. Her clients consistently report higher productivity, improved relationships, and greater clarity—without sacrificing their well-being.
As a Harvard Business School alumna, a Certified Executive Leadership Coach from Georgetown University, and the 13th African American woman to achieve the rank of Commander in the U.S. Coast Guard, Christy brings a rare blend of military precision, academic excellence, and human insight to every stage she commands.
She is a 10x author and host of a globally ranked podcast. She has also spoken to thousands of leaders at companies like JP Morgan, Facebook, Harvard Medical School, and Investment News. Her work has been featured in Forbes (4x), Black Enterprise (2x), Harvard Business School Executive Education, and even the Congressional Record.
Christy’s high-energy keynotes and retreats deliver both strategy and soul—empowering organizations to future-proof their leadership pipelines, strengthen wellness, and build cultures where wholeness is the new standard of success.
Her national recognition includes: Harvard Business School’s 2018 Launching New Ventures Pitch Contest Grand Master Champion, Cambridge Who’s Who Among Executives and Professionals, Career Communications STEM Technology All-Star, and The Edward R. Williams Award for Excellence In Diversity.
