David Farabaugh worked his way through college in upstate New York as a professional ski instructor. Knowing that he was never going to make a sustainable living on snow, he made a cold call to a regional VP at Nissan North America. That phone call led to a fulfilling career that would take him all over the U.S. working for two different OEMs (Nissan and Audi) becoming an industry expert in Dealer Operations, Commercial Lending and Customer Experience. After 20 years and nine relocations, David and his family made one final move back to Nashville where he made a career pivot to focus 100% on his passion for data and improving the customer experience. After six years at Urban Science and Reputation.com, David proudly joined Quantum5 as the Director of Enterprise Accounts.
