Erroll’s passion sparked at a young age. Growing up immersed in music, martial arts, and sports, he quickly learned the value of self-talk—understanding that we speak to ourselves more than anyone else ever will. That early foundation, combined with years of honing his communication skills and personal development, laid the groundwork for his vision: The Change365.

For Erroll, change is not just an idea—it’s a journey, a daily transition from one phase of life to the next. The Change365 exists to meet people right where they are, delivering inspiration that is practical, conversational, and universally relevant. It offers coaching, mentoring, apparel, and training services, and stands as a multigenerational, multicultural entity built to serve and uplift.

Professionally, Erroll began his career in sales early and went on to spend 12.5 years in the mortgage industry. That foundation, along with over 14 years of experience in experiential marketing, has given him the opportunity to work with multimillion-dollar clients across a wide range of industries. His roles have included market manager, event manager, emcee, product specialist, brand ambassador, and even mascot—each one expanding his perspective and deepening his network. He’s grateful to know and work with dynamic individuals across the country and a few sprinkled abroad.

And then, there’s family—the headliner in Erroll’s life. Like the final name on a marquee, he saved the most important for last. Erroll and his wife are proud parents of four children. He has what he calls a “healthy obsession with Greater.” As a God-fearing and God-following man, Erroll is committed to becoming a Greater husband, a Greater father, and a Greater man. He chooses the word “Greater” intentionally—because while great suggests you’ve arrived, Greaterspeaks to continuous growth. It’s an active pursuit: learning from yesterday, growing today, and preparing for tomorrow.
