


Joshua Utley began his automotive career at the age of 17, riding his bicycle to a local Honda dealership where he started as a lot attendant. This humble beginning marked the start of a successful journey over the past 20 years through the ranks of fixed operations, eventually reaching the position of Fixed Operations Director. Over the years, Joshua has developed an invaluable expertise in CRM consulting across all dealership silos, including traffic management, digital marketing, and strategies to drive guests to the showroom and increase vehicle sales. Gaining these unique skills he guided more than 40 stores for one of the nation’s top automotive groups. He has received multiple President’s Awards from factory manufacturers, as well as group-wide accolades for excellence in fixed operations. He currently leads a team of over 100 professionals, overseeing the service operations for all Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, and Ram vehicles at Earnhardt Group’s top-performing store.
