Mike Gilson is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Conversica, a Foster City, California-based company that provides AI-powered virtual assistants to automate business conversations and workflows.  He took over leadership of the company in April 2025, focusing on industry-specific AI solutions, particularly in automotive, sports, and entertainment.

Gilson has over 15 years of leadership experience in high-growth software companies. Prior to becoming CEO, he served as Chief Product Officer at Telestream, where he led product and go-to-market strategy across multiple business units.  His career centers on building AI-driven, domain-specific software to automate mission-critical processes.

Under his leadership, Conversica has undergone a rebrand with the tagline “The Conversation Company” and is developing vertical-specific AI agents, including solutions for automotive dealerships and sports franchises. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University.
