Sam began his career in the 1990s on an Isuzu dealership lot in Utah, learning the business the old-fashioned way—on the showroom floor. Over decades, he rose through the ranks by mastering operations, people, and process, eventually becoming COO of Zeigler Auto Group, a 41-dealership organization spanning the Midwest. His career has been defined by scaling complexity without losing operational discipline.
