I've been fortunate to work with some fantastic companies that have shaped my career journey. It all started at Clear Channel Outdoor in 2003, where I learned the industry's fundamentals and worked with a diverse range of clients that tested my creativity and abilities. It was a challenge to create campaigns that effectively communicated messages quickly, but it taught me the value of thorough planning and research.From there, I landed a position at cj Advertising in Nashville, where I found my passion for design. Working under tight deadlines and managing multiple clients pushed me to excel, and I was promoted to Senior Graphic Designer. I even had the opportunity to build my design team.
My career took a turning point when I joined Micah Kandros Design, where I received invaluable mentorship from Micah. He taught me the importance of typography and a positive attitude toward design. I created some of my most unique and stunning pieces during this period. As I continued to grow, I took on roles in companies with more niche focuses. At Cruisin Sports, I learned to shift my perspective and understand my audience to create effective marketing strategies. It was here that I discovered my passion for marketing.
I then became a Digital Marketing Manager at Hallmark Automotive Group, where I further developed my understanding of data and its role in building a brand. I gained extensive experience in various advertising resources such as Google Ads, social media advertising, and scriptwriting for television and radio. Being a part of a supportive community helped me understand the automotive industry's ins and outs.
Now, I'm a part of Newton Motor Group, responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and boost sales. My role requires a potent blend of creative thinking, strategic planning, and execution skills. I manage the dealership group's advertising budget and work closely with media partners to maximize exposure and drive sales. Additionally, I collaborate with the sales team to identify market trends and opportunities to increase sales.
