Joel Bassam is President of Easterns Automotive Group, a fully independent family business founded by his father in 1988. He started working in the dealership at 12 years old and has held nearly every position in the company. Today, he leads eight retail delivery centers backed by a 160,000-square-foot central hub in Sterling, Virginia, where reconditioning, acquisition, BDC, inventory management, and title work are centralized to drive consistency and scale.
