Before ascending to his current position, Michael held several key roles within Checkered Flag Auto Group, including General Manager of multiple brands and divisions, demonstrating his versatility and leadership across a broad spectrum of the automotive sector. His journey from Sales Associate to General Manager showcases a deep commitment to business planning, strategic management, and team leadership. In addition to his automotive career, Michael, alongside his wife Gabrielle Lanzetta, co-founded Lane Wood Properties in May 2023, pursuing their passion for travel and real estate by offering short-term rental homes across the USA.
