Michael Lucki, a Certified Public Accountant with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, is currently serving as the General Manager and Operating Partner at Riverhead Mazda since November 2023. Michael has demonstrated exceptional skill in automotive management, sales management, and operational excellence. His career is distinguished by a proven track record of generating sales, developing brands, and creating effective business strategies for start-ups, family-owned businesses, and multi-national companies.

Before his current role at Riverhead Mazda, Michael enriched his experience as a Management Instructor at the NADA Academy from January 2018 to December 2023, where he worked closely with dealership owners and managers to enhance retail auto dealership operations. His tenure at Younger AutoGroup and Riverhead GMC further showcases his ability to manage large teams. As the Co-Founder and CEO of ARC Test Drive back in 2011, he innovated the car buying process, making it more enjoyable and profitable for customers and dealerships alike.
