


With more than 20 years of leadership in automotive service, Richard Lupo brings a lifetime of experience—and a passion for all things with wheels—to his role as Fixed Operations Director at Apple Tree Honda and Acura. Overseeing the service departments of some of the region’s most successful dealerships, Richard has earned certifications from Honda, Toyota, Nissan, Hyundai, and Genesis in Fixed Operations Management and Warranty Administration.
Richard’s expertise spans vehicle operations, customer service management, and business development. Growing up in his family’s repair business, he learned early on the values of hard work, technical excellence, and perseverance. These lessons have guided him through the industry’s inevitable highs and lows, shaping his mission to lead high-performing teams and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
