Ryan Osten

Ryan Osten is the co-founder and CEO of Lyteflo, a company revolutionizing how dealerships market and sell electric vehicles. Launched in 2024, Lyteflo integrates directly into dealership websites, offering VIN-specific savings tools, tax incentive breakdowns, and EV battery diagnostics to streamline the EV buying experience and drive adoption. The platform equips dealers with the insights and transparency needed to thrive in an electric future.

Before founding Lyteflo, Ryan was Chief Operating Officer at Gubagoo, where he helped grow the company into a dominant player in automotive consumer messaging—serving over 6,000 dealerships, including 90% of the top 150 dealer groups in the U.S., prior to its acquisition by Reynolds and Reynolds in 2021. Earlier in his career, he held roles as Legal Counsel at BlueCat Networks and worked in private equity and venture capital at Artemis Investment Management and Kensington Capital Partners. Ryan holds a law degree from the University of Windsor and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Ontario.
