Scott Kruman is the Finance Operations and Virtual Director at #1 Cochran Automotive Group, where he builds the systems and teams that make car buying Clearly Better. A core founder of the Virtual Finance (VIFI) program launched in 2020, Scott developed the technology, processes, vision, and staffing that centralized finance operations and unlocked greater efficiency, flexibility, and customer satisfaction across the group. He now oversees the virtual finance and central training teams, leveraging tools like Siro to elevate finance PVR and PPD and scale best practices for store leaders. Guided by a personal mission to create, build, and inspire people in every interaction, Scott focuses on removing barriers so others can succeed while advancing #1 Cochran’s transparent, friction-free car-buying experience.
